The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
My accountancy firm client is currently looking to bring on board a Company Secretary from professional services to take on the following duties:
- Delivering effective and efficient Company Secretarial services to a large client base
- Ensuring all Confirmation statements are filed in a timely manner to reflect any changes in the year
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients from various jurisdictions and sectors
- Assisting in significant corporate projects
- Providing corporate governance services to clients including Incorporation of new companies
- ICO/Data protection
- Managing company dissolutions
- Advising on corporate governance issues
- Assisting with the UK aspects of corporate reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions
- Arranging KYC and PSC documentation and liaising with various providers, advisors and banks
- Anti-Money Laundering checks and compliance
- Preparing and filing all statutory documentation and required resolutions at Companies House
- Reviewing and maintaining Diligent Entities/Internal corporate databases
- Responsible for dealing with external advisors, service providers, lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and registrars as required
Candidate with a legal background that has worked in a corporate legal field with prior experience – reviewing HOT’s, Sale and Purchase contracts and High-Level stats.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in office.
