The Caring Kitchen is the commercial arm of The Prince of Wales Hospice and offers catering services for everyone in the community who wants high quality, freshly made food. 100% of the proceeds made from bookings made with The Caring Kitchen goes directly towards funding patient care at The Prince of Wales Hospice. The Prince of Wales Hospice provides care to adults with a life limiting illness, such as cancer, chronic heart or lung disease, helping people to live as well as possible with their illness and also cares for people at the end of their life.
We are looking for someone with:
- Great cooking skills with the ability to produce high quality food with high standards of presentation
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety rules in the kitchen
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

To be considered for this role you will need a basic food hygiene certificate and a City and Guilds 705 or NVQ (or a significant period of time undertaking a cook role).
