Role Group is searching for a professional and outgoing receptionist to join the team, based on the front desk. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and be confident providing customer service and administrative support.
This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
The role includes

Greeting and welcoming a wide range of visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.

Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel
