As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across a variety of fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £1M – £25M+. You’ll oversee cost management, reporting, procurement, and subcontractor negotiation—ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to the highest standard.
You’ll be client-facing, commercially astute, and solutions-focused. Whether it’s value engineering or contract management, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Criteria:- Minimum 4 years’ experience with a main contractor or fit-out specialist
- Strong background in commercial CAT A & B fit-out or refurbishment
- Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement processes
- Driven, professional, and keen to grow your career within a Tier 1 environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
