About the Role & Team

Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Pre Construction Manager. The role will be based in our Head Office in Uxbridge with travel required to projects and will work closely with the leadership team for the South region and relevant members of the Land, Development, Technical, Sales, Construction, Buying and Finance teams.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Track record in a similar role working for a Residential Developer.
  • Experience in either engineering, technical, construction/project management, or quantity surveying.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and planning policies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good construction knowledge.
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Very good commercial acumen.
  • Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and as part of the wider team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
