Onsite Recruiter (Onsite Transport & Warehouse) Talstaff working in partnership with our client based in South Elmsall are now looking for an onsite recruitment consultant. You will be required to support the Transport and Warehouse operations and become an integral part of the team. The Role: Your main task will be liaising with our client and managing the requirements and ensuring these are fulfilled, flexing up/down to suit the operation for both the Transport and Warehouse departments. You will be part of team meetings, attending forecasting meetings to understand the peaks. Attracting candidates through advertising (Indeed, Reed, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc), networking and identifying new methods. Pre screen and interview candidates and put forward for relevant positions. Ensure 100% accuracy on compliance, RTW Documents. General Admin Duties. Cover 24/7 on call on a rota basis. The person: Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Ideally a sound knowledge of the driving legislation would be beneficial.
