The Role

An e-Commerce Executive who wants to start their career in e-Commerce, working with some of the biggest partners in Football, Motorsports, Cricket and Rugby. This role will be based around growing a selection of Castore partnership websites by regularly updating the digital platform, constantly looking to improve the customer experience and monitoring key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Providing regular updates to site based on daily trade and activities
  • Using GA and Shopify Analytics to report on metrics- potentially daily or weekly (tbd)
  • Managing product launches, campaign/promotional activity, owning taxonomy and product attribution
  • Conduct regular site audits across products, categories and merchandising to drive continuous improvement
  • Responsible for driving commercial and creative visual merchandising
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams on campaign and product launches
  • Updating content on homepage and across site
  • Inventory management, driving opportunities based on stock positions
  • Competitor monitoring- checking, reporting back and reacting

Skills & Qualities

  • Key Skills: Experience in e-Commerce is ideal, but not necessary; MS proficient, particularly Excel; Setting up trading campaigns is ideal, but not necessary; Basic knowledge of Paid Media, SEO and CRM would be advantageous; An entrepreneurial spirit- take real ownership over their work.
  • Personal Qualities: A self-starter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure; Excellent interpersonal skills; Team Player; Analytical Thinker; Good Communicator; Interest in Sports would be preferable, but not essential; An appreciation for sportswear and the Castore brand; Better Never Stops attitude.
