As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures.
  • Taking charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
  • Supervising and motivating the team to achieve branch goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Taking responsibility for resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries.
  • Helping to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix and range.
  • Identifying and recommending plans to improve profit.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.50 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 09.00am - 12.00pm.
