Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer as a Scheduling Planner, based in our Kidderminster office.

About the role

The role of the Scheduling Planner offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company. The mission for the Scheduling Planner is to plan and schedule all engineers as effectively as possible, maximising productivity and efficiency within capacity of the engineers to install Solar panels on new build houses around the UK. You will be working to KPIs and responding to call offs within an agreed time and following a confirmation process to schedule all works with minimal disruption. You will use route planning and in-house software to calculate driving distances, engineer capacity and achieve minimum production performance every day and week so that our engineers are given consistently productive work with minimal driving.

Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients' needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.

To be successful in this role you’ll have strong communication skills, be reliable and a team player with good computer skills across a number of programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word plus a great telephone manner.
