As a Purchasing Administrator with our client, you will be working within our Property Services team to provide essential support to our Purchasing function, ensuring smooth ordering processes, invoice management, and stock coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Raise and administer purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of supplier invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers and credit control departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Maintain van stock levels and process special material orders
  • Manage disrepair workstream admin, escalating issues where needed
  • Monitor shared inboxes and provide ad hoc support
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience in administration is essential
  • Strong communication skills for supplier and internal stakeholder interaction
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and purchase order systems
  • Construction or a social housing background is preferred but not essential
  • Confident with IT systems including MS Office
