We are seeking a Smart Repair Supervisor to join our team and drive production and performance within their team. Having a driven approach to production, performance, and progress with a strong focus on creating an environment where individuals feel motivated to excel.
Reporting to the refurbishment manager, the primary objective of this role is to ensure vehicles are prepared and completed according to the required reconditioning standards in a timely and cost-effective manner. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of leading teams within a refurbishment setting to success. Passionate about driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and enhancing safety within the organization.
This role involves managing workflow, productivity, and efficiency of the interior and exterior smart repair teams, controlling costs, and maintaining consistent quality output while continuously driving innovation. You will liaise with other workshop supervisors to achieve company targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both within your team and across the wider organization. You should thrive in the fast-paced environment of vehicle refurbishment and be committed to continuous improvement to significantly impact vehicle solutions and organizational success.
Qualifications - Minimum Criteria:
- Full Driving Licence and ability to drive manual vehicles in the UK
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (desirable but not essential)
- Smart repair experience
- Bodyshop experience
- Strong communication skills
