Contract Scotland was established to redefine recruitment and set a new standard, challenging how the recruitment industry works. We don’t work to a traditional target and commission model, which gives us the unique ability to provide our customers with an objective and transparent service that delivers true value and lasting impact to their lives and businesses.
An important pillar of our current strategy is to continue our development into energy, renewables and power, building a team that is a core part of our business. This currently includes the breadth of the construction/engineering industry, CS International (working with construction & engineering businesses around the world), and a wider business support offering.
Our ultimate aim is to be regarded as the local experts by employers within this sphere and the first point of call for job seekers seeking advice or who might be considering a new position. We have a massive opportunity to use our existing reputation and network, painstakingly built over the last 35 years, to expand and launch this part of our business in a much more meaningful way.
You’ll be supported by our experienced board of Directors, all of whom are passionate about building this part of our business and are ready to provide whatever input you require to succeed. In an ideal world, the role would be based out of our main office in Stirling, which is well positioned to cover the sector within Scotland, but we are responsive to alternative arrangements.
