Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Cost Consultants & Project Managers based in Central London who are approaching their 25th year of business. With a team of over 35 staff they have significant experience in the real estate and property sector with specialised teams of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. The company has an impressive list of private clients, including many funds, banks, institutional and other investors, property companies, developers, occupiers, and technology sector clients.

The client’s Building Consultancy team currently has 15 members of which 10 are qualified surveyors who deliver building surveying and project management instructions to a wide section of the firm’s client base. Within the team, there are three sub-teams who are responsible for delivering services of a particular nature or to a particular group of clients. A position has arisen for a good quality, experienced Building Surveyor/Project Manager to bolster a sub-team of four, who undertake a good proportion of CAT A, CAT A+ & CAT B fit outs.

The team also provides core building surveying services, and if the right candidate is from a Building Surveying background and wants the variety of Building Surveying work in addition to project management, this can be made available, but is by no means a requirement. Ideally, the candidate will be MRICS qualified, with a portfolio of experience over a good client base and in excess of 5 years independent project management experience.

They should have the ability to drive repeat instructions through excellent delivery and client care skills. They should be able to lead and deliver projects autonomously from inception through to completion. The successful candidate should also want to drive new business within the sub-team and have a proficiency for conversing with new and existing clients. The candidate should be ambitious, driven and hold themselves and their professional output at high level, delivering with integrity.

Salary will be between £75,000-£100,000 depending on level and experience plus an estimated first year bonus of £37,000 as well as flexible working. If this role is of interest, apply today and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss the role further.
