We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Team Manager in the Kent area. You will manage a team handling subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery, and complaint resolution. Skills or qualifications in insurance, team management, and client relations are essential. You will work closely with internal managers and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery across departments. This is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in insurance claims, and a knack for client relations.

- Experience of subsidence insurance claims handling
