Transport Manager

Marble Talent are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager based in a depot in Addlestone! Responsibilities – * Manage daily logistics for equipment movements across the Surrey, London, Kent and Sussex area. * Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (Tachographs, driver hours, etc.) * Lead and coordinate a team of drivers, schedulers, and transport staff * Monitor fleet maintenance, servicing, and inspections in coordination with the workshop. * Oversee transport planning, routing, and scheduling to optimise efficiency * Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and inspections Personal Requirements – * Experience as a Transport Manager ideally within the plant industry. * Strong knowledge of UK transport laws and vehicle weights/dimensions * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Route planning software experience For more information, apply today and I will get in touch!
