Overview: We are looking for someone that has experience and who aligns with our goals and what we are trying to achieve. This is a new appointment and will report to the Global CEO. The attributes we are looking for include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with House of Colour's brand values and business objectives.
- Create a communication plan for campaigns for the year ahead, including identifying and planning with the team, the marketing assets needed, whether physical or digital, and channels for each.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional literature, ensuring consistency with the House of Colour brand.
- Lead the marketing team in creating and executing the strategy around the key goals of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and franchise growth.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify market opportunities, trends, and shifts, and tailor brand messaging and marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each market.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility in key markets.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with franchise owners to support local marketing efforts and ensure brand cohesion across all franchises.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Oversee the communication for all global projects and be the final sign-off on communication strategies and shared resources (operations manual, training resources, network updates).
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Global Marketing Director or similar role, preferably in a franchisor environment.
- Strong understanding of both the USA and UK markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand growth.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and public relations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent wordsmith/copywriter.
- Digital marketing and SEO/optimization experience.
- Proficient user of AI technology in relation to marketing.
- Ideally has connections within fashion lifestyle / Editors / Bloggers / Influencers.
- Proven case studies of campaigns where you can show ROI/success.
