Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering successful consulting engagements on pressing business challenges.
  • Defining and implementing C-Suite strategic agendas, emerging products (e.g., ESG, GenAI, blockchain), organizational redesign, analytics, systems transformation, cost efficiency, and enterprise agility.
  • Solving complex business, change, and technology problems with structured analysis and decision-making.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting thought leadership and practice development, mentoring junior team members, and driving business development.
  • Developing offerings within the UK Asset Management practice and leading market trend analysis and sales efforts.
  • Creating thought leadership assets and managing multidisciplinary teams, promoting diversity and inclusion.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in asset management consulting or in-house roles at large asset management firms.
  • Strong understanding of asset management industry trends, risk, regulation, and client needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, consulting, and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience with operating model design, technology platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River), and innovative thinking.
  • Leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and willingness to travel as needed.
