Ready to lead London’s most exciting new food destination? We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven General Manager to head up our first-ever flagship store in the UK. We don’t just serve Frites — we serve golden, crispy happiness with a twist. This concept is curated by a Michelin-starred chef and is now brought to London in collaboration with our ambassador chef.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): As General Manager, you’ll be the beating heart of our London location. Your goal? Deliver a top-tier experience, every single day, for your team and for every guest who walks through the door.
We require a GM with experience handling a team of 35–45 within a site doing £3 m+.

- Holding final responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant
- Reporting to the owner and the operational team
What You’ll Be Rocking on the Daily:
- Leading and organising the day-to-day operations with style and precision
- Coaching and developing your team like a true mentor
- Managing quality control, processes, and team dynamics
- Handling orders, cost control, and performance metrics
- Jumping in wherever needed — from the kitchen to the floor
- Ensuring to every guest a unique experience and inspiring a craving to come back
- Reporting and documenting progress and results to our operational team
What You Bring To The Table:
- Experience in a fast-casual or premium quick-service restaurant in a leadership role
- Strong sense of operational, financial, and team management
- Natural communicator, problem-solver, and motivator
- Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
- English fluency required (bonus points for other languages!)
- A hands-on, no-ego attitude and love for good vibes and good food
