This role is Inside IR35. Clearance: DBS Contract Length: 4 months Location: London OR Leeds – (Hybrid 60% in the office) Key Requirements: 2. Experience working in an operational role. 3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. 4. Strong communication skills for engaging with end users, staff, and employees. 5. Experience in implementing new systems and processes. Essential • A comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle and associated HR policies and processes • Experience of leading HR service improvement projects that have increased efficiency and improved user experience • Experience of using, and understanding of, digital platforms (HCM/ERP/Service Now or similar) to deliver HR services to employees • Demonstrable project management skills, particularly around action planning and risk management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, customers and stakeholders and experience of drafting organisational level communication and guidance • Ability to build trusted, influential and productive relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues • Self-motivated individual with a passion for championing continuous improvement, who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and pro-active in identifying priority work Key Requirements and Responsibilities: • Self-Sufficiency: The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and able to work independently. • Project Management Skills: While not specifically a project manager, the candidate should possess strong project management skills and the ability to create action plans and understand how projects run. • Project Backlog Management: The candidate will manage a backlog of various projects, including: o Upgrading the ServiceNow platform. o Reviewing and updating web pages. o Overseeing projects related to payroll, pensions, and employee benefits. • Employee Benefits Expansion: In the new year, we are expanding employee benefits and need to effectively communicate these to our employees, including: o Launching a dental plan and managing the enrolment window. o Communicating gym memberships and other new benefits to the business. • Team Briefings and Workshops: Brief the employees on new initiatives and set up work-shops to facilitate employee engagement and training. • Coordination with SMEs: Effectively coordinate and bring together Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for various projects.
