HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join an expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner (based at another site), there is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR within the site.
HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
- Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
- Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees
- Carry out HR project work as required
- Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation
- Assist with the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
- Manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform any HR administrative tasks
Person Specification:
- Must have at least 4 years generalist HR experience
- Working understanding of UK Employment Law
- Resilient and able to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
- High level of attention to detail
- Can do attitude and down to earth approach
In return you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£37,000.
