Position: Partner Success Manager Location: Hybrid / London HQ Why We Are Hiring for This Role As our business grows due to increased sales efforts, we are taking on more partners and events, creating a need for additional Partner Success team members. We’re looking for enthusiastic Success Managers to help us maintain momentum, ensure our partners get the most out of working with us, and continue delivering outstanding results. What You’ll Be Doing Relationship Management to deliver Partner Success: You will be responsible for the success of our closest partners, helping them deliver brilliant results for their events, and supporting them to drive real organisational change. Event Optimisation: Ensure that our partner’s events are set-up for success, and helping them maximise the number of hotel room bookings through our systems – which is our key KPI. Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding partners to HotelMap quickly and efficiently for all their events. Project/Change Management: Guide and project-manage partners to adopt best practices across their event portfolios. Continuous Improvement: Of processes to maximise efficiency, enabling the team to deliver more with less effort. Prioritise Impact: Regularly assess event and partner health, focusing your efforts on reducing churn and driving maximum success. Become a Product Expert: Gain deep knowledge of HotelMap and your partners’ operations to provide tailored, expert guidance. Coordinate Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing success with their events. Who You Are Customer Success Experience: Proven success in a technology B2B environment. Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing projects, especially in coordinating teams and driving initiatives to completion. Proactive Learner: A commitment to continuous learning and improvement. High Emotional Intelligent (EQ): Ability to read clients’ needs and emotions and respond thoughtfully. Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and effectively. Highly Structured & Organised: A meticulous approach to managing tasks. Proactive: A self-starter who anticipates issues and addresses them before they become problems, rather than reacting to them. Bonus points if.. Hospitality/Events Experience: You have experience in the hospitality or events industry, giving you insight into our market. Multilingual: You are business fluent in English and possibly other languages.
