Site Manager

Role: Site Manager

Salary: £55,000/£75,000 + Package

Location: Nationwide

Our client, an established contractor, has secured several framework agreements for major high street and supermarket chains. They now have a need for additional Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis to work on schemes throughout the UK.

Main Responsibilities

1. Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams.
2. Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings.
3. Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team.
4. Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates.
5. Attend and manage on-site scheme phases.
6. Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary.
7. Perform site surveys.
8. Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times.

Qualifications

1. SMSTS
2. First Aid Certificate
3. Asbestos Awareness
4. Black CSCS card
