Luxury Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients to help plan and execute memorable trips and experiences.
- Be responsible for entire trip from flights, accommodation, transfers to lifestyle requests such as restaurant bookings, private charters, sporting events, theatre tickets and more.
- Manage bookings made using airline points and miles.
- Handle changes, cancellations and follow ups seamlessly.
- Maintain clear and secure records using the CRM.
Luxury Travel Consultant skills required:
- An understanding of premium service and dealing with VIPs and UHNWI's.
- Ideally a background in a high-end travel organisation.
- Experience with loyalty programmes and reward bookings.
