This role is to conceptualize, build and scale an industry consulting practice.

Permanent role. 12-15+ years of experience in the Healthcare (Pharma) domain with R&D specialization. Sector & industry expert with specialization in one or more areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a leading business school
  • 12-15+ years of business consulting experience
  • Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills
  • Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service

Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
  • A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams
  • Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives
