An opportunity for a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate Director to join a top-tier Property Management team at a major consultancy, managing prestigious commercial assets in the heart of Central London.
We are looking for a Surveyor who is keen to build on their existing skills and grow their exposure to Central London assets or someone more senior who is keen to progress and help with the management of an established team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage high-profile Trophy assets across Central London
- Proactively manage tenant arrears and handle tenant & client queries
- Draft, review, and approve service charge budgets
- Service charge reconciliations
- Carry out regular property inspections and liaise internally with building & FM teams
- Prepare accurate client reports
- Read & summarise leases, keep data sharp on management systems
- Advance reporting on lease events: reviews, expiries, breaks
- Spot opportunities to add extra value for clients
