Overview
This role reports in to the Chief Product Officer. The role is based at our North Acton Office and attendance at the office is three days a week when not travelling overseas to meet with our supply base. The role requires international travel.
What You Will Do:
- Extend supply base to de-risk China and tariffs.
- Extend supply base to support US growth.
- Work with current supply base to improve relationships, lead times and quality of service to Boden.
- Leverage supplier relationships to improve cost prices.
- Work alongside Buying and Design team to ensure we have an appropriate supply base to deliver the product that our customer wants.
- Work alongside Garment Technology team to ensure we have a supply base that can execute make standards according to our Brand standards.
- Work alongside our Fabric and Sustainability team to ensure our supply base are compliant with all procedures and practices.
- Find and introduce new suppliers to the business where required.
- Negotiate terms of business that are favourable to Boden.

- Strong experience in the apparel production industry.
- An ability to move at pace and be agile and flexible.
- Experience in managing overseas international relationships.
- Experience in building relationships internally and externally.
- International independent travel.
