The Role

  • Attending client briefings and understanding hiring criteria/company values
  • Mapping the technology market, mainly at c-suite level, to find candidates for your clients
  • Approaching passive candidates and pitching in your client
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with your passive candidates
  • Managing the interview process
  • Creating reports for your team around the success/challenges of the interview process
  • Creating reports on trends within the market to report back to your clients
  • Building your online presence and putting out content relevant to your market

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in a research-based subject is preferable
  • Experience working in a client or customer faced role
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Confident speaking with high-level stakeholders on and off the phone
  • Ambitious and driven to build a successful career
