As a Personal Assistant and Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of a highly valued department as well as assisting with the coordination and administration of this fast-paced and high-profile team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive PA support to the Director, managing their inbox and diary, organising meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Draft and handle correspondence, including emails, notes, and reports, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Director’s Senior Management team, ensuring the smooth flow of information, and efficiently responding to queries and requests.
- Provide broad administrative support across the team, including organising meetings, events, and managing visitor access, as well as arranging travel and accommodations.
- Assist with the financial administration of the team, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing expense claims.
- Support team projects, preparing presentations, and tracking actions from strategic meetings and boards.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.

Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting senior-level individuals in a PA or administrative role, ideally in a professional or educational environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and complex workload.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, with strong attention to detail when drafting papers, reports, and correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with individuals at all levels both within and outside the organisation.
- A proactive and flexible approach, enabling you to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a small team.
