Join a cutting-edge AI Research team focused on developing legal large language models (LLMs). This position requires a highly organized individual to support team operations, assist leadership, and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of AI Research in managing a team of Research Scientists.
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new Research Scientists.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
- Serve as communication liaison between team members.
- Maintain schedules, prioritize meetings, and manage information flow.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in Operations, Project Management, or Administrative roles.
- Experience with LLM Training or Data Science teams highly desirable.
- Legal Technology industry experience beneficial.
- Strong recruitment and team management skills.
- Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Experience with Workday and SAP FieldGlass advantageous.
