Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to senior leadership in the Northern Ireland & Scotland region. This is a key role that demands strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting schedules for senior leaders
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations
- Coordinate and attend leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams with professionalism and tact
- Monitor and track regional priorities, actions, and key project timelines
- Organise regional leadership events, site visits, and external engagements
- Maintain effective systems for document, expense, and information management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior-level EA or administrative role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced organisation or regional structure
- Based in Northern Ireland or Scotland with flexibility for occasional travel
- Willingness to attend in-person meetings or events across the region when required
