Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. The focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low-cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.
You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, ensuring AI risks are proactively managed and regulatory requirements are met. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee AI control implementation, and enhance the organisation's AI risk culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of AI control frameworks to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Providing strategic guidance on the design and implementation of AI risk controls and guardrails, ensuring AI solutions align with ethical and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborating with First, Second, and Third Lines of Defence to embed AI governance practices across the organisation.
- Driving the execution of AI governance frameworks across technology, people, and processes, ensuring seamless integration of risk controls into AI development.
- Overseeing AI governance reporting, ensuring timely submissions and proactive risk management.
- Leading AI governance training initiatives to strengthen AI risk awareness and foster a culture of responsible AI development.
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience working in Control & Governance space as an Advisor / Consultant.
- Deep understanding of AI risk management, regulatory frameworks, and control implementation.
- Experience with AI-related regulations, compliance processes, and audit management.
- Strong background in designing, testing, and refining AI risk controls and governance policies.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams on AI risk governance strategies.
- Proficiency in AI governance analytics, monitoring AI risk indicators, and reporting insights.
