We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Product Development to join an established Law Firm. You will lead their internal software development team and drive innovation across their digital landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Product Development Team.
- Define and execute a product and development strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user experience.
- Champion best practices across DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, impactful digital solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies and M365 development tools including Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps.
About You:
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps practices.
- Expertise in .NET, C#, React/JavaScript, microservices architecture, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Confident communicator and team builder with a passion for delivering business-focused solutions.
- Proven experience leading projects through the full software development life cycle in a complex environment.
