Role Description
To help develop the regulatory reporting function, ensuring that a first-class service is delivered which monitors, reports on and positively contributes to the overall performance of the business, whilst meeting all best practice, regulatory and statutory requirements regarding regulatory reporting and always promote the company values.
Principle Accountabilities
- Regulatory Reporting BAU
- Monthly Treasury Assets Register to the PRA
- Monthly systemic review report to the PRA
- PRA108 report
- Input to Bank of England reports including Forms BT, ELS, BE, AL and AD
- Help with Wires (regulatory reporting system) data uploads and exports
- Help with data aggregation for various reports including Own Funds, ALMM and any other Adhoc
- Running various month end reports using our databases
- Regulatory Reporting Project Automation
- Understand the data lineage between Allica source system and vendor table requirements
- Competently operate the regulatory software (Wires) and run reports when required
- Perform UAT testing on capital and liquidity reports in Wires against expected outcomes
- Identify errors in the regulatory software outputs and where appropriate escalate with team members or vendor in a timely manner
- Regulatory relationship management and reporting
- Maintain good relations with the regulators regarding all aspects of Regulatory Reporting as and when required
