We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Area Operations Manager based in the North East to join our operational team. Euro Car Parks is a market-leading car park management and property company operating across all market sectors covering the entirety of the UK and Ireland. The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites across the North East. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.

The Successful Applicant Will Receive:

The Role Will Include:

  • Leading and inspiring front line operational teams.
  • Multi-site management via remote management means.
  • Visiting sites and frontline team members.
  • Effective management of the team.
  • Interacting with customers/clients at all levels.
  • Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters.
  • Leading training, development and people succession planning.
  • Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends).

The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the North Yorkshire/Teeside area and be able to manage sites across the North East.
