Summary
Job Title: Area Operations Manager – North East England
Salary: £38,000 per annum, plus bonus
Position: Full Time, 40 hours per week
We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Operations Manager based in the North East to join our operational team.
Euro Car Parks is a market leading car park management and Property Company operating across all market sectors covering the entirety of the UK and Ireland.
The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites across the North East. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.
The Successful Applicant Will Receive

The Role Will Include

• Leading and inspiring front line operational teams
• Multi-site management via remote management means
• Visiting sites and frontline team members
• Effective management of the team
• Interacting with customers/clients at all levels
• Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters
• Leading training, development and people succession planning
• Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)

The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the North Yorkshire/Teeside area and be able to manage sites across the North East.
