The Structural Steel Project Manager Opportunity
This is more than a delivery role. At Kilnbridge, our Project Managers are leaders, problem-solvers, and trusted client partners. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of complex structural steel projects across infrastructure, rail, data centres, and bridges
- Acting as a trusted client partner, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, including K-FAB fabrication and design/engineering specialists
- Leading and developing site teams, promoting collaboration and strong team performance
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on programme and within cost
- Solving technical and logistical challenges to maintain project momentum
- Maintaining high-quality standards through all phases, from planning to handover
