Our client based in Chelsea is seeking a strong all-rounded Sales Manager to join their busy team. Providing support to a team of 4/5 negotiators, you will be responsible for driving the sales department forward. Experience managing a team is preferred, but not essential. They will also consider a Senior Sales Negotiator with ambition and determination to develop their skills to become a Sales Manager.

The role:
- Generate market appraisals, developing new business
- Converting appraisals into sales instructions
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
- Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
- Marketing of properties
- Contribute to the general running and profitability of the sales department
Required Skills:
- Experience working as a Sales Valuer
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
- Proven track record in closing deals
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
