Join the my client as an E-Commerce Executive and play a pivotal role in growing our portfolio of world-renowned equipment brands through our established Amazon business. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with leading brands in the music industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage, optimise, and market our Amazon platform, ensuring effective presentation and promotion of our brands.
- Process customer orders and shipments efficiently.
- Analyse brand analytics and forecasting to drive sales and ensure fulfilment.
- Optimize our catalogue on Amazon, including Brand Stores, A+ content, product variations, keywords, images, and videos.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns in alignment with our overall marketing strategy using Amazon Marketing Services.
- Monitor and report weekly on advertising performance, sales, order fulfilment, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with buyers to maintain high stock availability and meet customer demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written English and strong IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Highly numerate with a proven track record in data analysis and insights.
- Organised with a systematic approach to task prioritisation and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn and retain information.
Additional Useful Skills:
- Experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Brand Analytics, Brand Registry, and AMS/PPC.
