- Location: London
- Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
What would I be doing day to day?
- Work closely with the HR Director for EMEA and key stakeholders to understand the people needs of the practice.
- Develop effective working relationships within the business and their client base.
- Lead on the delivery of an operationally excellent HR Service.
- Support the HR Advisory team and manage all ER-related issues.
- Support the graduate and lateral recruitment as required.
- Work closely with the L&D team to ensure training needs and development initiatives are delivered.
- Ensure the accuracy of people data through regular data auditing.
- Oversight of changes to HR policies and procedures, keeping up to date with compliance and legislative requirements.
- Provide operational support, guidance, and coaching to client groups on all HR issues.
