We are currently working with a leading dental supplier to recruit an experienced Sales Territory Manager to drive the rollout of an innovative patient subscription service across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious sales professional to take ownership of a key territory, build strong relationships with dental practices, and promote a transformative subscription model designed to streamline operations and enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partner dental practices, acting as their main point of contact.
  • New Business Development: Identify and onboard new dental practices, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales & Territory Strategy: Develop and implement a sales plan to meet and exceed targets, working closely with internal teams on promotions and product launches.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and performance insights to optimise sales strategies.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to dental practices on the benefits of the subscription service, ensuring engagement and long-term success.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and adhere to company policies and industry guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in dental sales or dental practice management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
