This role leads the People Systems & MI Team, ensuring a proactive and effective HR systems service. The focus is on managing system improvements, delivering high-quality management information, and driving efficiencies. The role involves leading a team, overseeing system transitions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR reporting needs.
Your key duties within the role will include:
- Lead and manage a team, including a Senior People Systems & MI Analyst and two Analysts.
- Ensure People Systems (ResourceLink) are optimised, integrated, and effectively utilised.
- Support the transition from on-premise ResourceLink to HCM Cloud, enhancing business processes.
- Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
- Deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Cognos, and Tableau.
- Align workforce data with finance salary budgets to support effective people management.
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
- Ensure user access management, data accuracy checks, and compliance with GDPR.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, workflows, and reporting.
- Act as the HR systems SME, providing training and guidance on system functionality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a People Systems & MI team in an HR environment.
- Expertise in Zellis ResourceLink and system integration.
- Experience managing HR system implementations or upgrades.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data reporting tools.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR related to HR systems.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with a focus on team development and coaching.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
