The Blue Coat School is looking to appoint a talented, driven and inspirational teacher who has proven leadership and management skills to join and strengthen our senior team. This is an exciting time to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will support the school’s vision and bring fresh approaches to inspire staff and students. The postholder will work effectively as part of a team and lead on assigned areas that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Curriculum and staff development
  • Behaviour, attitudes and student progress
