The Role: An experienced ICT Lecturer is required to teach learners at our Plumstead campus across all the levels of ICT qualifications. Ideally, you will need knowledge of BTEC and T Level qualifications, have experience with ICT and Computing, and have up-to-date knowledge of the industry. The suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for further study, employment, or an apprenticeship.
Skills and Experience: For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this). You will need to have great communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way. You will also need efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
