Rogers and Norton Solicitors are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join our team at our Norwich office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded law firm with a strong client base. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years PQE (though all levels of experience will be considered). The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, you will be handling a varied caseload of commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Agreements
- Business transactions
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a profit-share bonus, Bupa cash plan health cover, enhanced pension, death in service benefit, and discounted personal legal services. This is a full-time, permanent position, but flexible arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
