  • We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Support and Data Associate to join our growing London-based team. This hybrid role has a strong in-office presence in our vibrant King’s Cross office – collaboration is key to how we work.
  • In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their people.
  • You’ll support employees with their benefits, analyse data to improve our offering, and manage the numbers behind insurance policies and performance.
  • Acting as a point of contact for client queries and supporting their employees with benefit-related issues.
  • Building our support articles to help streamline business processes with AI.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate data across insurance policies and benefits platforms.
  • Supporting decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
  • Assisting with the smooth onboarding of new clients and employees onto the Happl platform.
  • Collaborating across teams to improve the experience for our clients and their people.
