My Client is looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and protect critical systems. You will be responsible for securing cloud and on-prem infrastructure, monitoring security events, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security controls. You will collaborate with engineering teams to embed security best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & implement security measures for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, scans, and penetration testing.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor security events and respond to incidents in real time.
  • Automate security processes within CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Ensure compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
  • Collaborate with teams to build security into the SDLC.
  • Manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and cloud security platforms.
  • Lead security initiatives across network, endpoint, and cloud security.
  • Monitor and implement endpoint protection and cloud security solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud security.
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and identity management.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar scripting and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, IAM, and encryption techniques.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or Azure Security Engineer) are a plus.
