Responsibilities:
- Create and lead the implementation of a robust Analytics Governance Framework.
- Identify, classify and catalogue Key Data Outputs (KDOs) across all business areas.
- Deliver baseline assessments and track remediation activities to ensure compliance.
- Drive alignment with existing Data Governance and BCBS239 regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor and support stakeholders in adopting analytics governance best practices.
- Engage with senior leaders to embed data standards and influence cultural change.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in establishing analytics or EUC governance within complex organisations, ideally within financial services. They will bring strong knowledge of BCBS239 principles, data governance frameworks, and tools like Collibra. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, they will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence, train and embed best practices across the business. A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, they will be passionate about data, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive meaningful change.
Job Offer:
This role offers a competitive salary of £80-105k (DOE), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical and life insurance, and robust mental health support. With hybrid working (3 days a week in the office).
