About Us: My client is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee their most valuable client. This company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships throughout the EMEA markets.
Role Overview: As the Account Manager for the account, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the relationship, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with various internal departments to deliver outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support
- Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders
