We are hiring specifically for a French speaker with experience in a fast-paced global environment as you will be supporting an extremely senior Partner based in Paris, though your role will be based in London.

As a Senior French speaking Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a select group of Senior Managing Directors (including one very senior Partner based in France) with best-in-class Executive Assistant support.

Duties

1. Provide a full and comprehensive EA service to a small group of Senior Executives
2. Expertly coordinate multiple complex and fast-moving global schedules across time zones
3. Pre-empt clashes, solve scheduling conflicts and work your magic to create a smooth-flowing schedule
4. Create, produce and design high-quality documents using your skills across the MS Office suite
5. Support with Business Development & Marketing activities
6. Support with high-quality events
