Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with this Coventry-based company to recruit a permanent Project Manager. The role is office-based to the South West of the City.
The Company: This company is steeped in heritage having been established for over 50 years, and in recent years with a dynamic & progressive management team in place, it has grown in turnover by 20% year on year. Plans for the next 3 years are equally ambitious with a further steep growth curve anticipated as the company goes from strength to strength.
The Role: The role of Project Manager is a brand new position to support the business by managing a wide range of projects. It is a stand-alone role reporting to the MD and Technical Director and is a brilliant opportunity to be an integral part of this company's exciting growth plans.
- Project planning: Defining project scope, goals, tasks & resource
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate to define project scope & objectives
- Risk management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance environment
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements
- Reporting & documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain all project documentation.
What are we looking for? The successful candidate will be a Project Manager currently. Experience of Project Management including project management methodologies and tools is essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate yet pragmatic, a team player with a 'can-do' attitude who can get people behind projects and get the job done! We are looking for someone who is solutions driven, agile and can work in a fast-moving, growth environment. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
