Our client are a well established and busy high street estate agency who are currently on the lookout for an experienced sales negotiator. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and hungry to sell, with strong local knowledge and previous experience as an estate agent / sales negotiator in a very busy high street office.
As the sales negotiator you will be primarily carrying out viewings, managing a range of buyers, and achieving the best possible result for your clients. You must have a full UK drivers licence. You will be chasing warm leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who walk into the office. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client. Finally, the Sales Negotiator will see the sale through from offer to exchange and completion.
In return our client will offer a strong basic salary as well as personal commission. We would be keen to hear from property sales consultants, sales negotiators, estate agents or property sales managers who are looking to join a knowledgeable and well regarded estate agency.
